They taught us to mistake softness for simplicity. A pink interface can still be an instrument, a system, a machine. A hologram can glow, shimmer, decorate itself and remain profoundly technical. Perhaps feminine technology was never too soft to be serious. Perhaps our definition of technology was simply too narrow.
