ENERGY!!!!!!!

My black heart and I are weirdly excited about the new year. It's starting on a great note. I got into the habit of going to the doctor regularly before the year officially started. I never got taken to the doctor much as a kid outside of annual checkups so it's been really good for me. I finally got some insight on my anemia. I learned if I take my iron pills with orange juice they'll absorb better and it's been such a game changer. I feel like I finally have the energy to move around and do things.

I stayed in and enjoyed the rain this year. I did some spellwork for some intentions for the upcoming year including blessings to my friends. Everyone has been going through a lot of changes and confronting themselves and I want the best for them. It seems like everyone's just trying to keep up with the machine, the way it's always moving forward with or without us. I think everyone is tired of being tired, so I hope my energy reaches you!
