I had a dream my grandma became a fish. I carried her around in a clear jellyfish purse filled with water and aquarium fixings. Stones and coral. She was a long plump fish with brownish grey stripes. We took her to the art museum where she was interested in an installation of a group of black woman touching a woman's braids through a puppet box. It was being projected on the wall above them. When I asked her what she thought of it I got no response. I realized she had passed and I was worried I crushed her to death. My grandpa said he worried about the same thing when he held her, but it wasn't that it was just her time. Her fish body become a big beautiful seashell in our hands.
