demons taught me everything i know

I started working with demons after making this website and don't remember why. Sometimes I feel like personal sites are a portal to the workings inside of us, revealing what we keep hidden from ourselves. I've never pursued demonology or ars goetia until now. Now it's one of my, and this site's, defining traits. Who summoned who here?

The following entry has potential to be existentially triggering, so I propose approaching this with a sense of light curiosity and nothing more. If something genuinely resonates with you embrace it, gently. If you disagree, as I mention later there is no universal truths. You are you and I am I. I did what works for me.

Anyway, here are some of the things demons have taught me:

There is an afterlife, and what happens in it is beyond my comprehension. Everyone's ideas on the afterlife is flawed including my own, because I'm limited to language to describe an unearthly experience. It's possible there's no universal after life. What that means is up for you to decide, because no man knows what happens when we die or when exactly doomsday comes. Doomsday premonitions are elements of a bigger painting that is still being made.

The true nature of time is incomprehensible to the human mind, but the only certainty is that it only moves forwards, accelerates and expands. Extinction is a natural conclusion to all species and that's okay. We are not the first Earth species to pursue interplanetary travel and all the planets are already dead. The universe expands as quickly as it dies. There's no need to stress out about knowing everything in time. You're already the version of yourself that knows everything they need to know because you're on the path of learning it . When it comes to mortal experience there is no universal truth. There are contradicting realities unfolding simultaneously.

The division between what is good and evil is temperamental and relative. Culture, personal experience, and desire play into the equation of the choices we decide. It is generally a better idea to invest in making more allies than enemies, and have your enemies believe you are ignorant to their ways. People commit evil acts under the logic they are doing the right thing all the time. Most people are ignorant to their personal power and have no idea how much damage they are capable of so don't take life so seriously. There is no infinite life, just a roll of the dice. Desire is the cause to your suffering but also the solution. Guilt is optional, but can be a helpful compass to figuring out your true will.

Everyone is doing magick all the time even if they claim they aren't. Art itself is occult because it is the manipulation of the dark and light to reveal hidden truths. We are blessing and cursing each other constantly. The abominations of Babalon are just embracing instinct. Everyone is in harmony to their unique reality, and you can't ruin theirs without being distracted from yours. No one can ruin your reality unless you give them the power to do so. Chaos and order are the same thing and both appear as mundane as a glance.

Hell and Heaven are places within me. Similar to the thelemic and jung beliefs of spiritual and mental offices we occupy, we choose if we occupy our Heaven or Hell. Satan is an imposter king. Working with demons isn't about becoming enslaved to darkness. It's not about child sacrifice or exorcism. It's about calling upon your servants to reclaim your rightful place on the throne of Hell.
